My friend sys that you can use Close-Combat Expert aginst Unspoken, I told him it can't be done because of his power.

Was I wrong? (I hope I didn't cheat him out of a victory). I used Unspoken against his Common Superman (and others) to shut down his HSS and the Kryptonian's CCE.

CCE is triggered by a power action, and unspoken stops people from taking power actions. You were correct.
