I wanted to know if I could have him pick super strength when standing on an object. Then have him carry it. Then later on pick another power. Like b/c/f. Or once I pick super strength I have to keep it until I use the object.
This would be better answered in the Rules Forum...
It helps to quote the power.

The power does not specify that the power goes away after the turn, so if Hank uses the power, he has it until he loses the special power or selects a new power.
If you want Hank to pick up the object he used to activate the special power, you'd have to have him move in some way to pick up that object. You could give him the free action first, get Super Strength, and then give him a move action to pick up the object.
Now you are carrying the object, and it does not meet the requirement to activate the power again -- you'd need to move in some fashion to occupy another square with a light or heavy object in it. If Hank was TK'd, for example, into a square with another object, he could activate his power again to pick (as you said) B/C/F. Then he would lose Super Strength, drop the object, and since there can only be one object in a square as per the object rules on Page 20, you would remove the object that Hank just dropped.

Actually I don't think this answer is right.

The power does seem to specify a duration of "this turn". That means that once the turn is over, the effect would end. I think you could choose Super Strength, pick up the object, and then move, with the effect ending at the end of the turn. The object would then be placed under Hank Pym.

I'm not sure you're totally correct. the power DOES say "use this TURN". So for the current turn, he can use Super Strength. So he could pick up the object, and walk around. End of turn, he is no longer able to use super strength, object dropped. start of your next turn, you could choose Strength again, but you would have to move to pick it back up, you couldn't use it against the figure you based last turn. or you could use BCF.
At least that's how i'm seeing it.
**edit. Dangit Chris!!!! NINJA'ED ME!
Contrary to popular belief, I do know what I'm doing
Which, if I read this correctly, he could choose super strength, grab the object, base 1 or more characters, lose SS at the end of that turn and end up on the object, then next turn, assuming he's still got the tinkerer SP, choose to quake or pulse wave or poison or BCF.
Cool!

We're overdue for Wizkids to make Joe on the Lawmaster and other 2000AD characters.
