MOLE MAN'S MONSTERS:#Mole Man can use Mind Control only to target characters with the Monster keyword, including friendly ones. When using this Mind Control, Mole Man is not dealt unavoidable damage and modifies his attack value by +3.

So I ran into this at the first IG 8 event I played, didn't argue it as I wasn't sure and honestly ruining a tournament by fighting a rule wasn't on my list of things to do.

Situation: Mole Man uses his SP to Mind Control Dinah Soar. He hits...does she now HAVE to roll for Super Senses?

I would thik yes.

Was she hit by an attack? Yes.

There is no friendly/opponent stipulations with Super Senses.

I didn't push the "roll SS" issue but would like to clarify.

Am on my phone,so don't have wording. If Super Senses say "May roll" then it's good

Super Senses, like Shape Change, is a "may roll" , so no problem.

Fun Fact: Shape change used to say "when targeted with an attack, roll" and Support used to say "make a close combat attack", so the rules used to require that you roll Shape Change against Support.

Pretty sure at that time powers could be turned on and off thereby not requiring the SS roll.

At the time, Shape Change was specifically labeled (non-optional).
