Hawkman and Stargirl? And this isn't a JSA book?

Either way, I may have to pick this up as I enjoy Johns handling both of those characters.

Yeah I know...I wonder how much of Stargirl's history will be intact especially with Geoff on board...Obviously the JSA stiff is out but what about STRIPE and her whole series

I'd love to see them throw the JL and JLA at each other in the first arc or something. Or just make them constant enemies the entire time. That'd be different for DC.

We dont know much we learn more about him in one of the 0 issues

New GL?

Uggggghhhhhhh. One of the best parts of the GL-books was how untouched they were by the New 52.

I'll pick this up for sure, just to see Ollie and J'onn on the JLA.

They still are...but the fact that Hal has not had a real ring for some time set this up

I still want to see why the new GL is set up in the main GL title. Because from the outside looking in, it makes no sense when there are three other Earth-based GL's, and John Stewart would have more appeal for fans of the old Diniverse/Timmverse animated series. Kyle is busy with the new guardians book happenings, and Guy is still on/coming off the JLI stint.

I want to see why a non-white Earth-based GL has been created for the GL series, but I also want to know why the JLA would rather recruit this rookie over John Stewart.

I figure its becasue Steve wants someone he can manipulate and is not tied into any established players as that is what his team is like
Green Arrow was turned down by the JL. MM is a foe of theirs, Catwoman is a thief, Stargirl is a rookie like GL, Kata is a bit cuckoo and Vibe is well Vibe...Not sure whats Hawkman's deal is and Vibe is well Vibe

I hate when teams like the JLA, Avengers, JSA, & X-men stray from their core groups. There have been few successes IMHO. But overall not something I can get behind.

Looks like an Outsiders spin off.

Not a fan of how J'onn has been portrayed so far in the New 52. I'll give this book a try to see if it gets better.
