It was pointed out to me that a Sentinal is affected by interviening hindering terrain when calculating LOS. I looked through the rules, and by the strictest enturpretation that seems to be correct.
Is this the case?
The rules say a Sentinal can attack an Elevated figure as though he too were elevated. He can attack a Soaring Figure using full range (even an elevated figure can't do this). He can see over other figures as though he's elevated, but when firing on a grounded target, he can see over intervening figures but not over intervening hindering terrain like an elevated attacker could.
Is that about right? If so that's silly....could someone in the rules ammendments team please take a look at this silyness?
What is he doing squating down when there's bushes in the way so that they affect him?
