Okay so on marvel girls card is reads that "When Marvel Girl hits one or more opposing characters, after actions resolve, place a promotion token on her character card."

so my question is what constitutes a hit. if i TK an opposing character does that count or do i have to do damage to them. it doesn't state she has to deal damage. does that also mean if i attack someone with toughness and hit but they reduce the damage to 0 that i still get a token? I plan on using her this weekend and just need to get some clarity before going to the venue

A hit character is a hit character. Hitting someone with mind control doesn't deal damage, but it still counts as a hit. Basically, anytime a successful attack roll of any sort is made against the opposing figure, it counts as a "hit."

Also, if they roll Impervious and succeed, it still counts as a hit, even if the damage was reduced to zero. However, if they succeed on Super Senses, it is not a hit, because that power states they evaded the attack.
