Here is how I see this working:
Batman is the key hitter. With his trait, "Strike from the Shadows," he deals penetrating damage out of hindering that makes his 3 damage more potent.

Lt. Gordon transports Batman and Robin around from hindering to hindering with his white attack power. With Batman's trait, "We're in This Together," Gordon also has stealth. Gordon can also try to Leadership Robin to get that extra attack in.

Robin serves mostly as support and secondary attacker when able. His Enhancement bumps up Batman's damage. His Batman Family keyword allows him to make best use of Oracle's trait, "My Eyes are Everywhere." If he gets a chance, he can promote to Nightwing.

Nightwing (from my understanding) could still use Batman Family as part of his trait and so still support Batman or himself via Oracle. He's a better hitter than Robin. He gets Perplex without Oracle's assistance. Lack of range makes his stealth a little less useful.

Oracle is pure support. She stays in her starting area (maybe there is hindering?) or goes to elevated based on where she is best protected.

Strengths:
- Lots of stealth
- Gordon makes the highly team mobile
- Penetrating damage
- Support options through Oracle

Weakness:
- Relies heavily on hindering terrain
- Depends mostly on Batman for damage
- No damage reducers

Thoughts? Anything I am missing or need to reconsider? Good map choices (besides The Garden)?

I haven't yet used Oracle but I found that the Gotham Bank wasn't a bad choice for the Bat-Family.
