If I wanted to sit down and play with the IG8 Thanos starting on Issue 1 and playing all the way up to Issue 5 (3000) Points vs an opponents 3000 point force, how many actions would my opponent get per turn? Are their actions restricted by the dial/Issue Thanos is using (8 for 800) or do they get 30 actions a turn?
Also if we decide to play a few Issues with different teams for each Issue, what happens after an Issue is over? Do we treat it as a new game of clix, including a new dice roll to see who goes first and what Map/Starting area we use?

Standard rules say that yes, your opponent would get 30 actions.

If you play it one issue at a time, each issue is like a new game.
