thier are 5 clix from the Assassin's Creed sets that on thier card say they are sliver rings but on the clix base they are not sliver right what is the right one the card or the base? I know that in most cases that you go with the base.

Barring errata you always go with what's in the figure.

Actually, the first reference to silver/unique in the rulebook is in the diagram showing the layout of the character card.

The following text points to the character photo:
They should still errata the dials to state they should have a silver ring, but the card does indicate that the figures are unique.

Are these figures modern age?

so i take it that due to they wasn't in the new player guide(at lest not what i could see) that they still no Unique due to they base not showing that they are

Without a ring, it is not unique. That said...
I did not see this thread until now. I suspect the errata should be there, so it will probably be there next time.
