Knock-back and Lasting Effects

1. In the new PG the line that Knock-back is not movement has been struck. Does that mean it now is movement and will trigger things like Deathstroke's PTS?

2. I don't see a resolution of the lasting effects duration issue in the new PG: still being resolved?
