I love this new mechanic. The ability to swap back and forth between two different dials on a random chance make this character one of the most accurate I have seen in a long while

Pretty neat idea, but I still prefer the DKR Harvey or the AA LE over this. 70 is a lot to spend for the "A" dial.

Sure, it's a gimmick piece, but that's why I want it.

Not as good as the bad side of Two-Face's dial but useful enough. The Batman TA should give him some protection and the PD TA let's him be a team player. I would have preferred to see something other than Leadership to start with but it is somewhat character accurate.

Good team abilities and keywords, a decent incap character. His saving grace is the random chance of transforming into a killer. As someone mentioned, he is a gimmick piece, and that is the draw lol.

I love the back and forth mechanic. Very comic accurate.

I don't think I would be upset with any dial shifts. So comic accurate.

I don't like that 8 attack or 1 damage.

Alright I suppose. I definitely prefer his other half.

I can't see playing him intentionally, not enough damage, too soft and his good support powers are in the middle of the dial

Prefer the evil version.

I dont like this dial for 70 points...but I cant wait to have a fig with 4 TAs on it!

An odd Harvey Dial, interesting but could use some better numbers.
