I searched but couldn't find the answer for my question. Basically, is there a rule for the order in which to use replacement values if there are multiple replacements? Or does it all fall under the "up to the controlling player" rule.
The interaction that made me ask was Lt. Gordon's power, if starting in hindering terrain. The relevant rules:
Hindering Terrain Excerpt: Any character that begins its movement in hindering terrain halves its speed value before moving.
GET THESE MEN INTO POSITION!: Give Lt. Gordon a power action; you can immediately give him and up to two adjacent friendly characters who possess a team ability or keyword possessed by Lt. Gordon a move action as a free action, replacing all characters' speed values with Lt. Gordon's unmodified speed value.
So basically, can you choose to halve the movement first due to hindering terrain, then replace that movement with Lt. Gordons speed value since both are replacements.
TOY WITH YOU: Give Thanos a free action and choose a character within range and line of fire. Replace that character's speed value with its printed attack value and attack value with its printed speed value until your next turn
Opponent B uses Batman Enemy TA to copy a friendly characters attack value:
Batman Enemy: Characters using the Batman Enemy TA can replace their attack value with the unmodified attack value of an adjacent friendly character using the Batman Enemy TA.
So I'm guessing Opponent B gets to chose the order and can choose to basically replace their attack value with the Batman TA after the Toy With You power?
Thanks. Searched for "replacements", "multiple replacements" and "double replacements" as it was more of a general question, but searching for Gordon would probably have been better.
Related question to Gordon then:

Lets say one of the characters can carry. He takes his move action and carries Gordon or the other character. I'm guessing the character could still take their free move action after being carried, however they still couldn't be given a non-free action after. I'm pretty sure this is how it would work, but more just confirming.
