When pushing a character and thus giving them a second action token, should I click once before that action or after that action resolves?

The click from taking push damage comes after the action resolves.

The click from pushing happens as actions resolve. If there is anything that is supposed to take place after actions resolved, it would happen after the pushing damage is applied, if it still happens at all.
