1. Can you give a character as many free actions per turn as you have actions available? Or only one free and one non-free action per turn.
2. with GG 201 Nova his speed power states this:
THE HUMAN ROCKET: Nova can use Charge and automatically breaks away. When he uses it and moves at least 3 squares and only in the same horizontal, vertical, or diagonal direction, modify his damage value by +1.
Does that mean he can charge and then break away from the character he charged right away? Or just means that if he is based he can automatically break away?
3. On the Fast Forces JL52 map of Gotham City Rooftops, the street terrain squares state that any character that doesn't have flight, leap/climb, giant size etc. falls and gets hit for 1 unavoidable damage if their move actions end in that square. What about characters that have improved movement over elevated terrain?
1. You can assign as many free actions as you like provided they are not used to activate the same effect.
2. No, it means he can automatically break away.
3. Does the requirement state anything about IM? If not, too bad for those figs (unless there is ruling I'm not aware of that makes IM equivalent to some powers).

I think this is correct. The map looks specifically for the named powers so if you don't have them you're SOL. Also, Improved Moment is only active when moving/about to move. Once you stop they are no longer in effect so you would tumble down to the street.
