If a character is carried by a free action, can the character that was carried then use a power like GCSG Batman to use Incap as a free action?

Batman can use Incapacitate. If he has no action tokens, he can use it as a free action.

No reason it shouldn't. Insider + Strategy Game Batman is a combo I can't wait to try.

Has to work. You can carry a character and then have him Outwit/Perplex, after all. Same deal.

I found the answer. They cant' be given a non-free action after being carried. So it doesn't matter who carries around that Batman because he can still be given the free action regardless.
