I have an avengers/shield team i fought in a previouse torney and they all had stealth and lots of outwits and perplex and with the avengers ata and shield ata they were tuff. so what could i make to fight this outwin and stealthy team that can hit hard?
well the only problem is that they will have 6 actions to my 1
Not exactly, you have Multi-Attack so that's 2 actions. Also you have a Herald who can act 1 or more times per turn. Few modern 600pt teams will be able to handle Galactus, Retail Manhattan or even Ziran.
That said there's a lot of great stealth-busters out there.
Most Supermans.
AVM hawkeyes
CW Hawkeye Thunderbolted to Avenger's Initiative
M10 Thor (120pt)
Phoenix (Pulse Wave)
Brainiac (Pulse Wave)
Then you have your basic close combat guys and strategies.
It really depends on what you have and what you want. Power Cosmic and Quintessence are a good way to stop Outwit. So is Stealth yourself. The Full Gauntlet works in that regard too.
I can think of a million ways to go... but it would help knowing what your preferred style is, what figures you have or have access to, how brutal of a team you want, and maybe more info on what you faced.

jtallday- Jon I wouldn't challenge you if I wasn't sure you are wrong cuz I don't have that kind of energy.

This dude was using two ATAs? No wonder he was tough...

Stealth and High Mobility? That's usually fairly tough to pull off, but I think I can do it...
Batman 200
TabApp Superman 150 (FF Superman is nice too)
Flash 105
Green Lantern 72
John Constantine 59
=582
Left enough room for a Untility Belt or IG if you want. Or one of the ATA's. The idea is simple, Batman chooses Justice League and all of a sudden Superman, Flash, and Green Lantern can use the Batman Ally TA. TK? Check. HSSx2? Check. Perplex, Prob? Yup. There you go, a very mobile team that has stealth and sees through stealth.
