This convinced me to buy the Gravity Feed. Directional Vibration doesn't target, so Stealth (or a power/ATA similar to stealth) and Shape Change don't activate. Energy Shield/Deflection and Super Senses would still work, but whatever, hello new Skrull/Batman Ally killer.
I love how Wizkids have really been thinking of new ways to shake the game up. Shocker's SP proves that here (along with some other new ASM characters' SPs). Even with a short range, I think this will be a fun one to use in a game and bring some unexpectedness with it. Thanks Wizkids
Ive been wanting this figure ever since watching spider-man as a kid and seeing spidey go toe to toe with him. Not disapointed at all, this fig is wonderful
Looks like it hits your team as well, doesn't say anything about opposing characters only unfortunately. Also, since he would be adjacent to the line he draws, I wonder if it hits him as well? (Like a sharpshooter shooting someone adjacent with EE would hit themselves). I can see a lot of clarification needed for this piece.
Going to be tricky to not hurt some of your own guys with this skill but pretty cool if you can pull it off or only manage to hit them with the 1 damage.
That makes sense (that he hits himself as he is adjacent, but has toughness) b/c that is why he wears the suit, so the gauntlets don't turn him to jelly just by using them.

"Draw a straight horizontal or vertical line of fire to any single square within Shocker's range and line of fire, ignoring other characters for line of fire purposes."
Heroclix PAC Stealth - "When it is not your turn, hindered lines of fire to this character are BLOCKED."
It does not target, but it MUST be within LoF. With stealth LoF is BLOCKED. It ignores OTHER characters for LoF.
So as long as the attacked character does not BLOCK LoF with stealth, you can deal damage to OTHER stealth characters along horizontal or vertical line of fire and adjacent.
However, (hehehe) you can always attack the normal object the stealth character is standing on, and then deal damage accordingly.

We're not drawing lines of fire to the character. We're drawing lines of fire to the square.
We're not drawing lines of fire to the character. We're drawing lines of fire to the square.
And we're ignoring characters.
I stand corrected. I played a seal tournament yesterday. I found that Electro, Blade, and Rhino were the sealed tournament Bad@$$es. Shocker is a good figure, but if you know about his ability you kind of just avoid stacking your figures.
The two times I used this version I never get his special off. He hets hit for four damage straight to the second half of his dial. So I pay 90 points for force blast and a good close combat tie up. The gravity feed 60 point version is SOOOO much better. Better range, two bolts instead of one and surprisingly better stats. Also penetrating with an action token...don't get me wrong.....if I EVER get this shockers vibrations special off I most likely will return here and start praising him. (Ecspecially since he can technically hit 20+ opponents with special) But based on my experience ......unless he's supported.....I rather use the other shocker for less points.
