Turn 1: TK Bat Signal back to starting area. Use Oracle to move up Barda who carries WW & picks up a Heavy.

Turn 2: Use Oracle to move Barda for free again carrying WW. Use 3 perplex on either WW or Barda, boom tube, smash w/ Barda & WW, and use Bat Signal to pull them each back.

Pretty well optimized. Obviously it's built around the BB/WW/Bat Signal Strategy so really the only two pieces not 100% necessary are Shade and Blue Beetle. But I really don't see any feasible way to make floor and replace Blue Beetle. Which leaves Shade and...eh I'm not sure. Drop him and the ATA for JC, 63pt Batman? Eh. Marginal improvement at best, and might really be a major loss losing the Perplex. Yeah, pretty well optimized. Kudos.
