1)Have question about the effects of the Utility belt. So you have catwoman from 10th uncommon which has the trait ( BAD LUCK WHEN I CROSS YOUR PATH). So the question is when you start your attack outside the six squares of her. do you lost the use of the Utility belt when you come into six squares of her?

2) question is can you outwit anything on the vehicles?

3) question ARC LIGHTNING when he attacks can use the psychic blast on the first attack? then continue with next attack through the character hit.

4) question with the team ability KC when you cause knock back can you still base him without rolling during the same action since the character using hypersonic? another question can you be TK next to a character with KC since it is placement? does leap/climb, and phasing allowing to base a KC character with out rolling for it?

1. Yes.

2. You can Outwit their powers and abilities just like on any other character.

3. No. You use a ranged combat action to activate Arc Lightning. You can't use that same action to activate Psychic Blast.

4. No. You would have to roll again during the HSS move if you wanted to move adjacent to knocked back character again. You can TK a character adjacent to a KC character because TK is not movement. Leap/Climb and Phasing/Teleport both ignore characters for movement purposes, so the KC TA will not trigger for characters using these powers.
