Ok, now this is a really interesting question because I don't really understand it. The only piece I really use is Hulk because... well... it's the hulk.
Giant Reach ability states
"This character ignores opposing characters’ Plasticity and adds 1 to its d6 roll
when breaking away. When this character is given a move action it can use the
Carry ability. When this character is given an action that includes a close combat
attack, all squares within a range of 2 and line of fire are considered adjacent. This
ability can’t be countered."
Let's say Batman is sitting in a bush 2 squares away from Hulk, as long as Hulk has line of fire to that designated square, he would be able to smack batman with a close combat attack?
And I didn't realize giant size characters can ignore Outdoor blocking terrain and elevation on movement
---
Part 2 of this question relates to a few questions regarding ignoring characters.
the Batarangs on the UB side state "Give this character a ranged combat action to use Incapcitate to target all opposing characters within 6 squares and line of fire; this character can use "Improved Targeting: Ignores Characters" for this attack. You may give this character an additional action token and if you do, hit characters are given an additional action token."
Does this ignore friendly characters too? As I thought there was a special symbol for that.
And also with the flight/giant size ability
" Hindering, Elevation, Outdoor Blocking, and
May move through squares adjacent to or
occupied by opposing character but still
needs to break away normally"
Let's say the Hulk above was charging to Batman, but let's say a Robin and Catwoman was crossing the path.

Would Hulk be able to move through Robin and Catwoman to get to Batman, or does Hulk have to stop and attempt to breakaway and continue movement? That's how our judge tried to explain it, but I was slightly more confused than ever.
"What about the reality where Hitler cured cancer, Morty? The answer is: Don't think about it."
1. Yes, Hulk just needs line of fire to the square Batman is in...snip
what? what does hulk ever need lof for? this is determined by adjacency for close combat so lof never factors.

there is no friendly spec for movement. see current pac
The only way that the hulk wouldn't be able to giant smack batman is if someone put a barrier around batman. Giants have ALWAYS been able to pimp slap stealthed characters.
Always try to leave an internet argument at lvl 1!
so if batman is 2 squares away and stealthed, hulk can't punch him?
i don't think so. mind quoting? he even quoted improved movement.
No, stealth doesn't work. You draw LoF not to the character but to the square, just like TK. So no hindering bonuses etc etc. Also you are drawing LoF to figure out what to consider adjacent for your close combat attack (so 2 square range quake etc), but not for the attack itself.
What the LoF thing *does* mean isn't that they get stealth but rather say there was this setup: G B O With G being a giant, B being blocking, O being an opposing figure. You cannot draw LoF from G to O through the blocking and therefore you cant punch O over B. It also prevents giants from swinging off of elevated unless they are on the rim, even though one square back would still be within 2.
so if batman is 2 squares away and stealthed, hulk can't punch him?
Hulk can punch Batman, because Batman does not block the line of fire to the square that he occupies. Giant Reach draws LoF to the squares, not the characters.

Just look at the question in the first post. It's about the Batarangs and the text for them is quoted and it quite clearly says "Improved Targeting: Ignores Characters".
He had a third question that was about Improved Movement and Bloodreaver answered that one correctly as well.
