I know that characters with charge ignores knockback. But, I want to know if the character ignores knockback on their entire dial or just that click with charge on it. I need that cleared up.

Just the click with charge on it. If they have Charge at the time the attack damages them then they don't get knocked back.

Why would it be different than any other power? Can a character with Super Strength pick up/carry objects when they can no longer use Super Strength? Does a character who lost Super Senses still get to roll a d6 to avoid attacks?

The trick to remember with KB is that you determine if KB occurs after you roll the dice but before you deal damage. So this is the point when you need to have Charge (or powers that ignore KB).
The actual application of the KB though happens after damage is dealt. So powers that prevent KB Damage or change the KB distance would need to appear after the damage from the original attack is dealt/taken.

I do.
Was I not supposed to?

I know that you don't get KB'd if Charge is showing at the time of the attack, even if you lose it after taking damage.
However, what about GAINING Charge after taking damage? Since knockback resolves in its own phase after dealing damage, Charge would prevent the knockback, correct?

Normally you check for triggers of powers when that trigger would occur. Knockback occurs after damage is dealt so that's when the knockback immunity of charge *would* trigger. However, specifically for knockback effects, there is this PG entry which changes the timing.

So since it changes the timing it checks before, not after, and would not check twice, so if you take damage then land on charge the time for checking KB immunity has already passed.
Short answer: You need charge when you take the damage, not after.
