THE SCARAB: The first time in a game when Blue Beetle would take 3 or more damage from an attack, instead he does not take damage and is given an action token.
Had a game today and this came up I assume it would come off at the end of my turn when I cleared. The guy I was playing said it comes off when he ends his next turn he told me it was like incapacitate.
The Question is when does the token come off?
The Next Question is can bystander token carry a character?
example Redwing bystander token carry a character. Also black heart dragons can they carry a character.
Blue beetle would clear on the first turn you take where you don't give him a token.
Example: Opponent hits Beetle while he has no tokens, you use the scarab, now he has one token, opponent ends turn. Your turn, you do nothing with/to Beetle, he clears at the end of your turn.
Bystanders can carry, if they have the carry ability.
In the example you provided, Redwing has the flight symbol, meaning he has the flight ability and the carry ability. Assuming his carry ability is not countered or something, he can totally carry.

I just read what you said about incap. What? No! Your opponent was wrong! That is not how incap works at all! Incap token comes off normally when you clear.
Example: Opponent incapacitates Beetle while he has no tokens, now he has one token, opponent ends turn. Your turn, you don't give Beetle an action token on your turn, end of turn and Beetle clears the incap token.
