WHERE DO YOU THINK YOUR POWER COMES FROM?: Each time an opposing character with the Mystical keyword or Mystics team ability targets Trigon with Probability Control, immediately modify his combat values by +1 until the beginning of your next turn.
To make sure I understand this, when you reroll from prob (or any other problike thing) you don't change the values with which you started the attack except those granted by power mods like CCE, right? So if Trigon charges me and I force a reroll with a mystics fig will he get +1 for the reroll (immediately) or does it kick in after that reroll occurs? Or did this get changed in the new rules because it's so darn confusing?
That is correct. Its written that way in the Errata.
Altho that entry seems clear mark my words this power will get so misplayed because of that "immediately" instead " after all rerolls are complete" or whatever.

Thank you for the help finding that, rep
I think the purpose of the power is specifically aimed at circumventing that rule. Aside from your turn, Trigon is never the target of PC (barring a Mind Control or Possession).

Pretty sure special powers are designed as such that they can ignore the standard Rulebook in situations such as this one.

Well if it was supposed to, then there would be a line that says "Use the new values for the reroll". Since it doesn't say that, you still use the same values for the reroll.
Maybe they will errata it. Who knows?

The rule that I found is not in the Rulebook but the Errata so he cannot over rule it. Now that might change with the June Errata but as of right now he cannot get around it.
chrisdosmil: hpred is right. No "orange" is going to come into a thread when a correct answer has been given. Trade List

I suppose that's true...it's just to me immediately suggests, you know, instant. I've been wrong before, this won't be the last time.
