I have a question that I'm sure has been asked before but nothing in the PAC or the FAQ directly answers it.

If you attempt to MC a figure that already has 2 tokens (because it pushed on the opponent's last turn), can it still make an action? and if so does this cause it pushing damage again. I'm pretty sure that if you can make the action it forces yet another push damage be sure that it wouldn't be a totally wasted MC action.

I was testing my teams last night with a friend and this came up. I assumed for the time being that it wasn't a viable target, but I'd like a real ruling before I go into tourney tomorrow.

A figure with 2 tokens cannot be given an action by any means. A mind control attempt on a pushed figure is a wasted action.

As I suspected was the case.
