Interesting Leadership power, however, he has the highest point cost of any Outlaw keyword figures outside of the team base. I like the rest of the power choices though.

I would have rather seen running shot instead of leadership in his speed slot, and a 6 or 7 range. Keywords don't bother me too much, but people will complain that there's no Batman family or Batman Inc. (Rightly so).

It's the closest I've seen to an accurate dial for Jason, but still not quite right. This also suffers the same 25pt price inflation that plagues the SoG Red Hood. At 125 there are many better options. Apparently that Outsiders TA costs 25-30pt.

After the utter disappointment of the SOG Red Hood, this one seems like a godsend. I still think the GF one will be better playability-wise, but I can see myself using this one a lot too. With SOG Starfire getting a major upgrade thanks to the rule change and these two Red Hoods, I might be able to cobble together an Outlaws team worth playing.

Yes there is. There is the team base, which can be up to 400pts.

Given the amount of Move and Attack as well as Duo Attack that has come along lately, I think the Outsider TA is well worth the extra 25 points. Moreover, this Red Hood is also rocking Batman TA for some Stealth. Good AV on the majority of the dial, EE (which is getting a fat upgrade), Indom, Outwit, Sharpshooter, 3 damage on top three clicks, insane Improved Movement... What more do you all want from him? Personally, I've had major success with the SoG version, and this one looks pretty killer all around. I guarantee that if we get a constructed tourney coming up soon, this guy is getting a UB strapped to him and dominating the map as well as the enemy team.

Todd just wound up where he needed to be in sealed. Outwitting and Outsiders-ing in just the right situations. No move-and-attack did not hinder him at all. Especially when teamed with Robin's free smoke cloud!

This would be the perfect Red Hood if his Movement SP was either a plain Running Shot, or Leadership Running Shot. The lack of move an attack with his short range really hurt when I play him.

A 6 or 7 range would be awesome too...
