Does a figure with stealth in hindering terrain hide from friendly figures as well?

That is, let's say I've got a Black Panther in hindering terrain, and I want my Mystique to perplex up one of his values. Can I do this?

Based on the wording of the rule, my guess is no, but I'm not sure so I'd like to hear something official. This doesn't seem to be covered in the FAQ.

Logically it would seem that the stealthed figure would be hiding only from the enemy. However, depending on the angles, they may need to hide from EVERYONE in order to not be seen by the enemy.

Nope stealth figure hides from everyone. Now if you turn off stealth during your turn the power will come back on at the End od your turn before the opponents turn.

Now on your opponents turn you would not want to turn off stealth say to PRob Control your stealther. becuase then you can be shot at.

strange....so at what point during my opponent's turn can I 'turn off' stealth, so as to perplex my stealthed attacker or something like that.

You can't turn off powers during your opponents turn, but you can turn on and off team abilities, such as Batman (stealth) and Skrull (dodge).

So if I switch off Stealth on the Black Panther during my turn it will return at the start of my opponents turn or my next turn? Is this written anywhere? I need some proof of this to show my mates.

You can turn off any power thats optional on any turn.

Like it will come on at the end of your turn. Before the opponent goes. The problem is the book says it comes on at the end of the turn. The thing is what is a turn. It has been ruled to be as such my turn, your turn, my turn, your turn. Its in the FAQ's probable under Optional powers.
