Capture, two lightning bolts = two targets? Additional Leash question
So the new Teen Titans "Leash" his movement is:
"CAPTURE: Leash can use the Capture ability. When he does, he may target a single opposing character with a ranged combat attack instead of a close combat attack, but modifies his attack value by -2."
So that's possession of capture right? Since it doesn't have a colored power and it says capture..? Does this mean to counter him you need to do the die roll counter?
Also Leash has two , does that mean he can make an attack roll that does no damage targeting one person for each of his or can he still only capture one person at a time?
Additionally: Leash doesn't say (like the Arkham guard does) that his capture is limited. For example while Leash's capture is stated above the guards says:
"LOCKDOWN: Arkham Asylum Guard can use the Capture ability, but can only have one captive at any time."
So this means he can have 3 at one time like stated in the rulebook I assume?
"If this character has three captives, it can’t capture another character until at least one of the captives is rescued or released (see below), and it can’t make close combat attacks. If this character has any captives when it is knocked out, before removing this character from the game, the player who knocked out this character (including the player controlling this character if it was knocked out due to pushing damage or a similar effect) places each captive in an unoccupied square adjacent to this character’s base and gives each an action token."
You don't have to counter the ability itself, because you're countering the movement power.
He can only target one person, because the power says so specifically.
Because the power doesn't specifically say otherwise, he can Capture three people.
