The latest FAQ states that the wildcard team ability can only use one team ability at a time. What does this mean? So can I use only team ability per turn? Or does it mean for Example:you cant use Hydra and SHEILD abilities together?
The later is what im leaning toward. Just a question?
P.S. These new maps say that they incorporate new game mechanics? What's that all about?:knockedou
As far as the new game mechanics I think it will be like the 3D objects where some pieces will do something 'special'. Like the lamp post that does heavy damage + incapacitate. Some have thought maybe it will include 'innocents' that will add new rules though. That might be pretty cool 'addition' to the HC stuff IMO.
I know this came up somewhere else but I forgot and it sort of applies here....
If Dr. Doom is borrowing Robin's Batman team ability to avoid range attacks but is then killed by a close combat attack can he borrow the fantastic four power (from lets say Thing) along with any wilcard teammates to give any FF and wildcards on his team a click of healing? What if it was teh actual FF member who died? Would all wildcards get healed?
Since only fliers can carry I'd have to say no to Taskmaster. I understand what you are saying but the basic 1st rule is "only a flyier can carry someone".
You cannot change the team affiliation on your opponenets turn. Likewise if you do not announce before the end of your turn what the wildcard is using, you got yourself a big ol' MoD or Spidey (or the last stated Team Affiliation) doing nothing.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
So can my minions of Doom or whatever copy the batman power AND the FF power whenever it suits me? Do I have to declare the FF power before the figure dies or can I, just at the moment a wildcard or FF member dies, declare that all other wildcards and FFs will get a click of healing?
The latest FAQ entry requires that the wildcard be declared as FF before any damage is applied. Since that FAQ entry, Chapeau posted that the attacked figure should actually switch to FF before the dice are rolled for the attack.
Thanks. Looks like if I am on the ball having a FFer and a bunch of wildcards is a nice tactic. Now if only I could find a reason why Invisible Girl and Robin would help Doom and his Doombots!
