Can Poison affect people with Invulnerability and Toughness?

Can Shield Agents use their team ability on non-shield team members?

Can you move then pick someone up and then carry them somewhere else? (1 turn)

Toughness and Invulnerability state "or by super power effects that deliver damage" So they do reduce poison damage.

Shield ability - any adjacent friendly figure.

You must be adjacent to the person at the begining of your turn to pick them up and stop when putting them down.

I believe those are correct.
