1) For instance, if Viper masterminds damage she takes onto Red Skull can he in turn mastermind that damage onto somebody else?

2) When a knockback roll occurs on Viper and she masterminds the damage onto her teammate, in which direction does her teammate get knocked towards. Does the direction he moves toward relative to the original attacker's position or with reference to Viper's original position?

1) No, because the damage is not directly from an attack. It is being passed to him.

2) He moves in the direction of the attack... from the attack to Viper.
