Hey all so i just wanted to be clear on this, when sun girl uses pulse wave when adjacent to a character with the prime titans keyword she can use pulse wave and friendly characters aren't affected by the use of pulse wave. Are the characters targeted so her damage becomes one or, does it stay the same because their not affected?

She still draws line of fire to the friendly character, so her damage value will become 1.
