You cannot stack reducing powers, so yes, you choose one.

If it was just reducing powers they could stack because Invincible ignores... but both mechanics are included so they don't.

Galactic Guardians Stranger has an attack power that allows him to choose any standard power in the game. He has this power on a click that has impervious as a defense ability. Can I choose invincible, and activate both powers when damaged? Impervious reduces and invincible ignores.....I know its a stupid question.
Also invincible ignores one damage? I thought you always round UP to the next number. So its basically toughness with other properties?

You DO round up. This power tells you to ignore half the damage dealt. So if you are dealt 1 damage, half of that is 0.5 rounded up to 1. Thus you ignore 1.

So why in every other instance where an odd number has to be halved we don't break out the decimals? When you charge with a speed of 7 you round up to 8 thus charging 4 squares. Why aren't we halving 6.5?Not that im complaining, what you said just made invincible ALOT more attractive as a defense power, I am just curious. Also thank you for providing me with a prompt, professional answer. I usually get sarcasm and ugliness.
because you ALWAYS ROUND UP!!!!!! You got something for 19.59 and the sale tax is * 10 on the calculator when figinre tax you get 1.959 if tax is 10% so store goes and round up to 1.60 because you cant cut a penny in half. IT like this anything .4 and under you round down anything .5% and up you round up. And because we use squares and not rulers to fig out range and speed.
its not toughness because if you get hit for 2 or more you are ignoring up to 5 damge. As with toughness you just ignore just 1 damge and taking the rest of the 2 or 6 damge dealt.

I have no idea where you are getting 6.5.
If a character with a speed value of 7 uses Charge, its speed value becomes 4 -> 7/2 = 3.5 rounds up to 4.

thats the right damage map for the rounding up because you don't round down in heroclix

The character with the Invincible power is doing the halving, so the power's ignoring is rounded up. They are the ones doing the ignoring, it is their number
So, before there is more confusion, these are the correct numbers
