1 Yes. (With the exception of a team bases solo adventure.) But remember you only get one action. you outwit something that's it.
2 Only if they ignore characters for movement, or if a power gives them reason to. When they are under mind control they are considered friendly to your team, not theirs.
3. Yup just remember you only get one action, so use it wisely.
1. As far as I know you can use traits and special powers and all that. There are just a few things that aren't available like replacement mechanics and things that are assigned to the character during force construction.
2. No. While the mind controlled character is under your command it will suffer under all limitations a regular character on your force does. So if you move it past an opposing character it will normally have to stop unless it has other effects that prevent it. Like IM:Ignore characters.

oh yea.. I forgot about that.. No splitting, no get bonuses from the belt, or gauntlet, or book, or wonder girls rope if she had it assigned to her at the start.. I am unsure if ATA's can be used..

ATAs cannot be used either. No elements assigned during force construction can be used.
