I Can't Even Stop Myself: Which reads Colossus can use Charge; when he is given an action to use Charge, if he has no action tokens and an opposing character takes damage from his attack, after actions resolve he may use Charge as a free action.

Using a free action does not consume one of your available actions for the turn, and you may give your characters as many free actions as game effects allow. A character may not activate the same game effect twice in one turn with free actions, unless the game effect indicates otherwise.

Charge Give this character a power action; halve its speed value for the action. Move this character up to its speed value and then it may be given a close combat action as a free action. This character ignores knock back.
So my question is if Colossus has no action tokens and uses Charge and does damage, the trait triggers to use Charge as a free action. What allows for using the close combat action as a free action the second time?
Not asking about Charge in general, but more specifically about the ability to give the free action again to make the close combat action.
Because it is part of the "Charge" action. By giving him the Free Action to use Charge, you get to use the entire power - from half movement to the close-combat action. Its all part of the power.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
Do you mean like...charge -> exploit-> damage....then charge -> exploit ( is your question can you activate exploit Again?
No, my question is what allows you to use the same free action twice? My understanding is because it's part of the Charge power and that supersedes the rule, correct?

Good that's what I thought you were talking about.
A good defense will only last for so long, before you must crush your enemies outright!
