GRAB AND SMASH: Kuurth breaks away automatically. When Kuurth is given an action to use Charge, he can use the Carry ability to carry an opposing character as if it were a friendly character. When he does, after actions resolve, deal damage to the carried character equal to the total number of walls and squares of blocking terrain destroyed during that action, maximum 4.
2 Questions.
1) Can he grab an opposing flyer and drag them through the walls/blocking terrain? And other associated size and not carry-able restrictions and so forth
2) Can he Grab someone and charge dragging one opposing character while attacking another with the charge at the end of the movement?

No, since Kuurth is using the Carry ability he is still subject to its restrictions.

Yes he can. Nothing in the power's description says he has to attack the character he carried.
Question for clarification here. To use Grab and Smash, Kuurth has to charge. To charge you need be able to target a character with a close combat action. When you carry a character, they are off the map and cannot be targeted by any game effect.
So could you charge the character that you are carrying, as they would not be on the map to hit? Or would the character be placed after the movement portion of charge ends, then Kuurth could use his free action for a close combat action?
A bit of a chicken and egg thing, not sure how this would resolve.

This.
Carry lets you drop a character after the move is complete. Charge lets you complete a move then make a close combat action as a free action. The Carry ends when the move ends, so the carried character is put back on the map before the free action close combat action begins.

Thanks!
The underlined section is not correct. There is no requirement that a character needs to be able to targeted for you to use Charge. You give the character a power action and move it up to its speed value. After it finishes moving, you may give it a close combat action as a free action. You can use Charge to move half your movement and never make an attack it you want to.
To the rest of your post, headache62 is correct.
