since my Vet. Bullseye has two ranged attacks...can I perplex up his damage? can his damage be enhanced up? can his damage be increaed by the shied team ability? lemme know all the ways that will and will not work to add more than 1 click of damage! thanks in advance!

Well since it will be reduced to 1 if you nominate 2 targets. Perplex wont do it.

Now the shield team will add a +1 becuase even if you reduce the damage to 1 it will still say add +1 to damage.

Perplex doesn't work, because you can't do it in the middle of the action. You'd have to perplex his damage up before his action, and then declaring multiple targets would just reduce it to 1 again. Enhancement and SHIELD work differently. They just add to points done by a ranged attack, so those would work fine.
