So the new uncommon Cyclops has a damage special that lets you shut down a hit characters keywords and ta's. Obviously this is something that would come in very handy against the grh4h "strategy", so I'm wondering if there are any other characters that offer a similar ability. I thought I saw this elsewhere but am not sure, so I thought I'd reach out to the community to see if anyone else has a better memory than I.

Aldrich Killian shuts down opponent's ATAs withing 8 squares. The utility belt is also able to turn off team abilities, which includes ATAs.

Perfect. Thanks a lot. I think Killian is the one I couldn't recall and it's been so long since I have played that I forgot all about the belt. I forgot how much I like that Killian, at 35 points with barrier and buffing support plus hydra he is imo a well spent 35 points in the current field. Between him and the belt I suddenly feel a bit less worried about grh4h. Cyclops isn't bad either considering if he hits he can shut off h4h and mystics for the turn and that can really save some unavoidable.

Either that or i'll just make a tk/automa bomb team and lob some better than normal pw at them for awhile.

Are there any good strategies for dealing with grh4h? I see people talking about variations and how to play the team but not a lot of talk of how to beat it.

And I guess that means I also forgot about John Blake and 149 point Adam Warlock. I think that is it in modern.

The problem of making a team against GR is that a TB can hit you in one :P
