basically, once she is brought back, she is no longer in a state of 'being ko'd' so only one of the powers will activate.
Even if there were a choice to play both 'resurrections' at the same time I'd probably choose to one at a time anyways. Having 3 lives on a fig which is already powerful enough to handle itself is a huge game advantage.

Actually I'm pretty sure this is wrong. Both effects resolve at the same time, see here with regards to Slattern and Deathlok 11b. This is basically the same situation.

Except not really, because this is more like Hela, Nekron, or Layla + resurrection power. Deathlock is a very odd exception because a minor difference in his wording.
