I have seen multiple threads with conflicting answers. Can More than one Shatterstar use X-Portal on the same team?

X PORTAL: Once per game, give Shatterstar a power action. Place Shatterstar and an adjacent friendly character of a lower point value in any adjacent squares on the map.

Unless I'm missing something here, you should be able to. (He's not unique/prime, right? Units doesn't say he is)

This ability, when referring to Shatterstar, is referring to only one, not all of the Shatterstars on your force. Most other abilities are the same way.
