Easily the best Bat-Villain of the set, and easier to get (as a Common). Pushing or being damaged onto RCE only helps Shame, as he'll deal 4 damage while in adjacency first (Sharpshooter), then follow-up with a free close combat attack for 2. His version of Elaborate Deathtrap has to be the easiest way to prevent the "trapped" target from escaping, especially if you have a number of friendly bystanders on the map in order to max out the bonus.
