I'm more a fan of them going back and placing erratas on stuff from 2013 rather than just retire everything from Batman forward early.

I'd also rather just see counters than outright nerfs, but not to the point where Clix is a "rock / paper / scissors" kind of game.


For my Spiral "fix":
"Give all characters moving through the dimensional portal 1 additional action token at the end of the turn." You still get a alpha strike, but if you miss your attack, you're boned with being forced to rest on the following turn.

I originally was all about limiting it to keywords, but she has too many good ones to utilize that IMO.

Brotherhood of Mutants, Freedom Force, Mojoverse, Mystical, Robot, X-Force

Even if you did non-generic keywords, that still gives a ton of options. Mystic keyword allows Ghost Rider to roll through with his 13 attack, 6 damage exploit or flurry (thanks Utility Belt!) So that's not a option. Once I get more Freedom Force members, I'll be running FF theme teams like mad (one of my all time favorite comic groups)

There is a couple ideas

character can make a Power action, Move Action, Close Combat Attack and a Ranged Attack

or

For every 150 point a action

or

-1 damage for all actions

or

Make it a Double Power Action
