Not horrible, not great.
I have seen dials as good as this range from ~ 100 to 125.
Sculpt looks cool.
If he lands the first attack you may be sitting pretty.

Full-dial Super Strength seems like it's bloating his point cost. In my experience, I run out of objects on which to use Super Strength way more quickly than I run out of the power itself.

Perhaps he is best run with vehicles?

His point cost is raised by having uncounterable damage reducers, and a full speed move and attack.

Looks much more accurate than the main set version, but won't be beating Thor into the ground any time soon. Should have had higher attack and defense.

For 150 this guy is pretty descent he will be in the fight longer than most brawlers due to his Defensive powers not being countered. Full Super strength, almost full charge and only drops to 2 damage on his last click. Not bad in my opinion.
