If a mind controlled character gets a critical miss, does the mind controlled character or the mind controller get get the miss damage. Exp; mind controlled character does a flurry attack, first attack hits and the second attack critical misses. Do both of my characters get damaged, or does one of my characters takes the normal damage and the mind controller take the damage from the critical miss?

The character making the attack is the one that rolled the critical miss. The MC-using character has already done his/her thing and doesn't care what the attacker rolls.
