So she can carry up to 3 characters if they share a keyword, but still aplies the condition of right? or she can carry characters with those symbols? and the UP TO means she can carry 1 or 2 and still her speed is not decreased by the carry? plus can you do running shot and don't make and attack right? and i think is all thanks ppl :D

Jean Grey follows all the normal rules when using the Carry ability.

However, when she uses Running Shot, she can still use the Carry ability, but does not suffer the -2 penalty when using Carry and can carry 3 characters instead of 1 as long as they all share a keyword with her. Other than that, she still follows all the normal rules when using Carry including all normal restrictions on who can be carried depending on their size and combat symbols.

Yes, all correct. The carried characters can't have those symbols and running shot does not require an attack to be made.

Her SP only modifies the number of figures she can carry and does not reference Combat Symbols, so she could not carry transporters, figures with flying, giants, etc.. She can carry 1 figure regardless of keywords (normal carry, speed reduced by 2). If she is given a Power Action to activate Running Shot then she can carry 0 - 3 figures if they all share a keyword with her, and her speed is not reduced. Finally, yes, you may take a Running Shot action and not use the Ranged Combat Action granted by Running Shot.
