Is it intentional that this trait cannot bring in Sinister 205 James Madrox? Or should that name have been included as well?

I'd imagine it's intentional, since James doesn't have a click number and couldn't be brought in regardless.

Neither do the sinister multiple man / madrox.

I am not seeing why THAT would have been the reason.

You wouldn't be able to bring in any of the Sinister Madrii for that reason. When a power references a click number it's looking for the little number on the dial.
