i know in Official Play, you have to have multiple copies of a Feat that is effecting multiple Characters. but do you need to have a copy of an ATA for each Character on your Team? (example: if i have 6 Teen Titans, do i need 6 copies of the New Teen Titan ATA?)
second, what happens with Clix like Stan Lee who has a Trait that allows him to share Keywords and TAs of all friendly peeps? when using an ATA on my force to pre consider Stan to have all the Keywords needed and spend the points for said ATA for Stan as well as the others? or does Stan old boy just get the ATA for free at the beginning of the game because he copies all KWs and TAs?

No. One TA covers everyone.
Additionally, if a feat is specifically assigned to multiple characters, then you only need one copy. IE, Fastball Special and ICwO must be used with multiple people. You should only have one copy of those feats in play. (Well, I suppose you should actually never have a copy of FBS in play, but that's a different discussion. :P)

thanks a bunch yall
Since he has the KW, then you have to pay to assign it.
ADDITIONAL TEAM ABILITIES
Additional Team Ability (ATA) cards can be added to your force if the characters on your team meet the prerequisite listed on the card. Each ATA card indicates the cost per character that must be added to your force in order to use it in the game; all characters that meet the prerequisites must be assigned the ATA and your force’s Build Total is affected accordingly. ATA cards provide either different or additional team abilities to the qualifying characters on your force. These team abilities are possessed by the qualifying characters and can be used by wild cards (unless the ATA specifies otherwise). A force may only include one ATA card.
thanks, i thought you would have to pay for ATAs for Stan, but i thought i would check if there was something wonky with this Trait and all
Note that while there is nothing "wonky" about how Stan Lee interacts with this, other figures might. It's all down to the phrasing.

The Creator: Stan Lee possesses all keywords and team abilities that other figures on your current force possess.
This is in operation at all times, even before the figures are placed on the map, because nothing in it restricts it to a specific time.
Conversely, you have Noh-Varr:
Quote
Traitor to All: During your first turn, you may choose that Noh-Varr loses all keywords this game. If you do, modify his attack value by +1 this game.
Noh-Varr loses his keywords during the first turn of the game (if you choose it). Which means if you're using an ATA that would have applied to Noh-Varr, you have to pay for it, even if you don't intend to play Noh-Varr with keywords. Noh-Varr DOES have keywords during the "reveal forces" step, so to have a legal team using an ATA for keywords he has, you must pay to apply it to him.
(Note that Noh-Varr's text was heavily changed via errata.)
Also the new Welcome to the Legion trait on the founding members gives the chosen character the LoSH keyword so if you wanted an ATA for your team, the newb has to pay as well
I played Lightning Lad and Ultra Boy with newest legionnaire, Laceration Lad (a.k.a. Arkham Asylum Inmate) so for the Legion Lost ATA I had to pay for all 3

I'll add to this illustration that the distinction that allows/requires assignment of an ATA is when the effect specifies that it applies "when constructing your force" or "during force construction." That's when you're figuring what to pay for ATAs and to which character they're assigned.
Note further that a themed team is determined when revealing your force. As such, you can have a figure gain a keyword and not be eligible to be assigned ATA yet count toward theme.
