i cant seem to find an answer, but can a someone who was just Solo'd from a Team Base be given an NonfreeAction? or do i have to wait until next turn for them to be able to be given a NonFreeAction?

Since nothing in Solo Adventure states that the character can't be given action after it is removed, you may give a removed character a non-free action after it is removed from the Team Base by the use of Solo Adventure.
