I'd say you are correct. However it's not because of the action given, movement of any sort would qualify for a reattachment, but because placing is not movement

In my mind I read Warstar's trait as two separate things. The third sentence just requires a movement of any kind. If it read "If during that move action Warstar ends his movement...." or something like that where it directly references it only works with the second sentence's ability then I would say no. As worded, I would think yes.
