Or would this not be allowed because the monster cannot make the multiple attacks (and moleman cant MC multiple times) this way because he cant be use a free action to make the same action twice. Or does the MC cause him to "forget" previous actions making this infinite combo legal?

Here is how it will go.
MMA MC on MMB and Gig.
● Give Gig Free Action
● Give MMB Free Action to MC MMA
● ● Give MMA Free Action to MC MMB and Gig
● ● ● Give Gig Free Action#
● ● ● Give MMB Free Action (Can't use MC again as Free Action)
All actions resolve.#
MMB MC (Non-Free Action) on Gig. (You could MC MMA again, but it also can't use MC again as a Free Action#
hope this helps.
Tyvm, so simply put the "free action cannot be used to activate the same action more than once per turn" supercedes the "mind control forgets game states and effect rule"
No it doesn't supercede it, the rule is per Mind Controller. So MMA was already given a Free Action MC by MMB. MMB could not use MC on MMA to use MC again as a Free Action. But if you had another MMC to MC MMA you could use MC as a Free Action per that Mind Controller.
So now my question is the free actions taken by Gig in the given scenario have to be different, correct? Or can they be the same since the chain of MC leading to it is different?
Also if they have to be different can he simply make multiple vanilla close combat attacks?

The Free Action can be the same as long as the Character that Mind Controlled Giganto is different. If the same character is the one Mind Controlling Gigantor then the actions have to be different.
