If am playing a 100 point game can i use the Batcave? I will have no characters on the on the force when constructed, but seeing the Cave adds 2 characters to my force a i good to go?
I really don't see why not. I don't think you'll get the benefits of assigning a Utility Belt or the Offense/Defense dials though, but I'm not 100% on that.
"It is a fool's prerogative to utter truths that no one else will speak." "Prove you have the strength and courage to be free."
Force Construction: The Batcave costs 85 points and is assigned to a character when you build your force. This character can be assigned the Utility Belt resource with a Utility Belt Costume and up to 6 Utility Belt Items at no cost. The Batcave can be assigned to additional characters for 10 points each. The Batcave adds Batcave Computer to your force. The Batcave can be played with a cost of 100 points; if you do, The Batcave adds Batcave Computer and Alfred Pennyworth to your force. The Batcave can’t be assigned to either of these characters.
If you never assign the batcave to a character, you can't run it. Same resin you can't run 10 points of feats and a full Phoenix Force at 42 points and the Heroes for Hire ATA for 6 figures as your 100 point team. You still need characters to assign that stuff to in order to meet the requirements for running those things.

SECURITY DEFENSE SYSTEM: Batcave Computer can't be targeted by opposing characters more than 4 squares away. Batcave Computer's combat values can't be modified or replaced. When other friendly characters are on the map, Batcave Computer may only attack adjacent characters and characters that have attacked it since its last turn. When all other friendly characters have been defeated, Batcave Compture may target opposing characters regardless of range or line of fire. Batcave Computer can't be healed.
The Batcave itself is not great at 100. If you play Alfred as part of the Cave he counts as a friendly character so once everyone else on your teams is KO'd if your opponent doesn't KO Alfred the Cave can't attack anywhere on the map, giving your opponent a chance to set up whatever tactic is needed to beat the Cave with no worry of retaliation.
doh. missed that one. Maybe the 0 point snowman pog.
Or 200 point team with Cave and SoG Robin. Give him Suit of Sorrows. yeah he's silly overcosted at 100 points, but it lets him lift ultra-heavies!!!
You can't run the 0 point Snowman without the future that creates it.

Game elements such as a bystander token or object that do not have a collector number and are brought into the game through a specific character‘s powers or abilities may not be included on a force separately unless otherwise indicated.
